Call Rate Settings
Call rate is used to charge the external calls made on the room phones.
Call Cost
If a match is found then the cost is calculated as follows:
- Total Cost = Rate offset + Billable Unit Number * Rate (less than one billable unit will be regarded as one billable unit)
Below is an example billing rate setting, please check call cost details for different calls.
- Rate offset: 1.0$
- Rate: 2$
- Billable Unit: 60 seconds
Talk Time (s) | Total Cost ($) | Call Cost Details |
20 | 3 | Talk Time(20) < Billable Unit(60)
Total Cost = 1 + 2*(60/60) |
84 | 5 | Talk Time = 120
Total Cost = 1+ 2*(120/60) |
185 | 9 | Talk Time = 240
Total Cost = 1+ 2*(240/60) |
