Q1. How do I log in the UC Series IP PBX web interface?
1) Use a CAT5 cable to connect the device to the local network where the PC is connected, or connect the device directly to the PC;
2) Dial ” **89 ” to obtain device IP address by an analog telephone, the device defaults to a fixed IP address 172.16.101.1;
3) Make sure that the PC and the device are on the same network segment;
4) Enter the device IP address in browser address bar (e.g. http://192.168.2.218);
5) You can enter the login interface for device configuration by selecting your role and entering a password on the login interface. The default administrator password is admin.

The default IP address is 172.16.101.1. You can dial ” **89 ” to obtain device IP address by an analog telephone which is connected to the UC device.

1) Go to ‘Extensions’ module;
2) Select ‘Device’ and click ‘Create Extension’;
3) Fill in the blank according to your requirement.

1) Go to PBX→ PBX Configuration→ Trunks, click “Add SIP Trunk” or other kind of trunk according to your situation;
2) Input the VOIP information.
Q6. How do I use blacklist feature in UC Series IP PBX?
When a number is blacklisted, any calls that are received by the system with that number in the Caller ID field will be routed to a disconnect recording.
Usage: Go to PBX→ PBX Configuration→Blacklist, then fill in the blank fields.

Please click “Apply Config” in the pink box in the top of the configuration page.

1) Go to System→ SSH Settings ,switching the “Enabled” on and click ‘Save’;
2) Log in system background with the information of “SSH Settings”.

1) Go to System→ Users→ Users, click the blue letters;
2) Click ‘Edit’, and then you can change you password by filling in the password input box and retype password input box with same content;
3) Click ‘Apply changes’.

Please restore your device to factory settings.

1) Go to ‘Trunks’ module to check the status of the trunk and make sure the trunk is available to use;
2) Go to ‘Outbound Routes’ module;
3) Fill in the details in the edit page and click ‘Apply Config’.

1) Go to ‘Trunks’ module to check the status of the trunk and make sure the trunk is available to use;

Go to ‘Shutdown’ module in Web Interface, there are two options for the shutdown and rebooting of the IP-PBX series.

1) Get license authorization file. UC300 default license to support the sip extensions are 30, for more sip extensions, please contact OpenVox sales personnel ([email protected]) to buy license;
2) Go to ‘Licenses’ module and upload your license authorization file.
