Requirements of Custom Audio Files
You can upload your audio file to the PBX, the audio file should meet the following requirements.

| File Format | “.wav”, “.WAV” or “.gsm” file. Format: PCM, 8K, 16bit, 128kbps A-law (g.711), 8k, 8bit, 64kbps u-law (g.711), 8k, 8bit, 64kbps gsm, 6.10, 8k, 13kbps |
| File Name | Should NOT contain special characters. |
| File Size | Smaller than 8MB. |
