Upgrade Firmware

You can check for new version immediately , if the PBX has a new released version, do not forget to upgrade the PBX firmware.

Check firmware and upgrade

Go to Maintenance > Firmware Update

Check the Latest Version, if a new version is detected, you can go the following link to check the release notes and decide whether to upgrade or not. https://downloads.openvox.cn/pub/firmwares/IPPBX/UC_Series/

if you decide to update the firmware, you can refer to the following steps:

b. Go to Maintenance > Firmware Update, click Broswer to upload the firmware.

c. Click the Update firmware file to finish the upgrade.

Note: When the PBX is updating the firmware, do NOT turn off the power. Or the system will get damaged.
