Typical Scenarios

ϒ⁄A customer uses a mobile number starting with 1XX to make a call to agent A, and the call is successfully established. When the call is complete, unified gateway generates a CDR indicating that agent A pays for the call.

ϒ⁄A customer uses a mobile number that does not start with 1XX to make a call to agent A, and the call is rejected.

Interaction and Restriction

The collect call service can be configured only on the unified gateway used as a called party.

ϒ⁄PRA: The collect call flag is carried in REVERSE CHARGE INDICATION IE (0x4A).

ϒ⁄Brazil R2: If value 8 is carried in Group II forward signals, it is a collect call.
