For incoming calls, you can configure the function of automatically adding the outgoing prefix to a displayed calling number for easy callback.

Context

According to common use habits, the outgoing prefix needs to be dialed for outgoing calls. However, the calling number displayed on the called party's phone does not contain the outgoing prefix by default. Therefore, the called party cannot call back by simply pressing the callback button on the phone. To facilitate callback, the function of automatically adding the outgoing prefix to a displayed calling number can be configured.

Procedure

The following assumes that prefix 9 needs to be dialed for outgoing calls.

1.Create a number change policy with the index being 1, which is used to add an outgoing prefix to a calling number.

config add predeal index 1 changetype insert changepos 0 newdn 9

2.Query the trunk group number of the trunk used for routing incoming calls.

3.Configure calling number change for the trunk.
