The calling party can place calls to the called party only after being assigned the basic call rights and customized rights of the called prefix. If the calling party places a call without being authorized, he or she will hear an announcement indicating that he or she has no rights to place the call. Figure 1shows the scenario.

If the maximum toll call duration has been specified, the toll call placed by a user will be forcibly ended and the user cannot place toll calls any more when the toll call duration exceeds the maximum value. Figure 2 shows the scenario.
