1.Use an administrator account to log in to the web management system of a X1900 series unified gateway.
2.Choose User > SIP User.
To activate the service for POTS users, choose User > POTS User.
3.Select the user number to be assigned the service permission and click Service Configuration.
4.If you want use the pickup notice on the IP Phone, please select Designated pickup under Simple service.
5.Under Complex service, click Configure next to Co-group pickup.
6.Set the group ID in the Configure Co-group Pickup area.

ϒ⁄If a pickup group does not exist, you can perform this step to create a pickup group and add current users to the group. If a pickup group exists, the step only adds current users to this group.
ϒ⁄In V2.0 and later versions, a user can be added to two pickup groups on the X1900 series unified gateway web management page.
ϒ⁄Before configuring a pickup group, query the users added to the pickup group on the Search Co-group Pickup Numbers page to avoid adding unnecessary
users to the same pickup group.
7.Click OK.
8.In the upper right corner of the web page, click to save the configuration.

3.Under Simple service, select the service to activate and click OK.

3.Under Simple service, select Restricted designated pickup and click OK.
4.In the upper right corner of the web page, click to save the configuration.
5.Log in to the self-management system of the X1900 series gateway with a user number.
6.Choose Self-service > Service > Trustlist and click Create, configure user number in the trust list.
7.Click OK.

2.Enable status subscription and message push functions for user B.

3.Configure the COLP function for user B.
