ϒ⁄The automatic switchboard service is also called interactive voice response (IVR) service. In this service, if a user dials the number that is preset as an automatic switchboard number, the announcement asking the user to dial an extension number is played by default. Note that the announcement can be customized as required. The automatic switchboard service implements functions of playing announcements, collecting digits, and automatically forwarding calls.

ϒ⁄The unified gateway provides a built-in IP-phone console to work with IP phones for simple console services. A separate console system can connect to unified gateway for more console services.

ϒ⁄The unified gateway generates call details records (CDRs) and saves the CDRs to the CDR pool. When the unified gateway connects to the CDR server, the applications can obtain CDRs from the CDR server and parse them.
