Configure Points

PSTN users dial the recording prefix.

1.Configure the recording prefix, authentication account, and password on the local node. For details, see Procedure.

2.Set Record Channel in Network Mode to Local on the local node.

3.No configuration is required on the central node.

When users routed to the office through the local node dial the recording prefix, the local node starts the recording process.

Intra-office users dial the recording prefix.

1.Configure the recording prefix, authentication account, and password on the local node. For details, see Procedure. Set Record Channel in Network Mode to Local on the local node.

2.Configure the recording prefix as an outgoing prefix on the central node for routing calls to the local node.

When intra-office users dial the recording prefix, the calls are routed to the local node, which then starts the recording process. In this mode, each local node needs a unique recording prefix.
