An external agent wants to talk with members in a call group. The agent dials the access code of the call group. Any member in the call group can pick up the phone and talk with the agent.
A call group member picks up the phone. An agent receives an incoming call notification. The agent picks up the phone and talks with the call group member.
ϒ⁄When the instant hotline service is enabled for call group members, group members cannot make calls to each other.
ϒ⁄The system supports a maximum of 256 call groups, each of which supports a maximum of 10 users.
ϒ⁄Members of a call group must belong to the same X1900 series unified gateway.
ϒ⁄External users cannot dial the access code of a call group, but all intra-office users can.
