To implement the function described in Feature Description > Typical Scenarios, perform the following operations.

Prerequisites

ϒ⁄A SoftConsole group access code 28887890 has been configured. Agents can properly use SoftConsole services. For details about how to configure the SoftConsole group access code, see Console.

ϒ⁄A batch of user numbers have been configured for users in a call group. The hotline service has been activated for the user numbers. The hotline number is the SoftConsole group access code. For details about how to enable the hotline service, see Hotline.
