Call Group

When a user dials the access code of a call group, phones of all members in the group ring simultaneously. Members can pick up phones to join a meeting. The call group service is used with the instant hotline service, and the SoftConsole group access code is configured as the hotline number. When all members in a call group have the instant hotline service enabled, they can talk with specific outer-group angents after picking up phones.
