If the number of incoming and outgoing VoIP calls is too large, the network may be congested, therefore affecting voice quality. The system allows you to limit the number of concurrent incoming and outgoing calls that are made through SIP trunks to ensure proper use of bandwidth resources and better voice quality. Then, when the number of concurrent calls reach the preset upper limit, new incoming and outgoing VoIP calls will be rejected or routed to other trunks.
