1.A user places an emergency call on the IP phone.

2.When the called party receives the emergency call, he or she can quickly know the geographic location of the calling party based on the calling number and provides desired service assistance.
3.(Called party control function) If the called party does not hang up after the calling party hangs up, the calling party can pick up the phone again within specified time to resume the call.
