Activating or Deactivating the Service

After being assigned the service permission, users can activate or deactivate the service.

ϒ⁄A user dials *82#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.

Using the Service

This topic assumes that attendant A has activated the service, user B is an internal user, and user C is an internal or external user.

In V200R003C50SPC300 and later versions, when operator A calls B, B will first hear the beep "The peer party has been replaced", then user B and A are on the phone, and user C listens to the call hold tone.
