Configure SIP trunk data for connecting the convergent node to each local node to implement voice communication between different nodes.

ϒ⁄Background

ϒ⁄Enterprise users at the headquarters and branches register with the respective local node. All these local nodes connect to the convergent node using SIP trunks to implement inter-node voice communication.

ϒ⁄Scenario

ϒ⁄This topic uses an example to describe the user number and interworking data plan. In this example, the  UScale U1980/X1981 functions as the convergent node to implement voice communication requirements between local nodes.

ϒ⁄Configuring the Convergent Node

ϒ⁄At the convergent node, configure office routes, prefixes, and SIP trunks to each local node based on the data plan to implement interconnection between the local nodes.

ϒ⁄Configuring Local Nodes

ϒ⁄At each local node, configure office routes, prefixes, and SIP trunks to the convergent node based on the data plan to implement interconnection between the local nodes.

ϒ⁄Verification

ϒ⁄Place inter-office calls to verify node interconnection data in a multi-node convergent network.
