This topic describes how to restore the damaged system data.

Symptom

The system data is damaged and the user data is incorrect.

Possible Causes

The system upgrade fails.

TFTP has security risks, pay attention to data security during the use and disable the protocol immediately when it is no longer used.

1.In the complete command input area, run the config system hostip <a.b.c.d> command to change the host IP address.

2.Run the config download data file data.bin command to load the data.bin file.

3.Run the reboot command to restart the device to make the data.bin file take effect.

4.Check whether the fault is rectified. If the fault is rectified, the troubleshooting process is complete. If the fault persists, go to the next step.

5.If the fault still persists, collect detailed fault information and related logs by referring to Collecting and Reporting Fault Information and send them to the service provider.
