This topic describes how to troubleshoot a fault that calling party and the called party can not hear each other.
After a call is set up, neither of the two parties can hear the peer voice.
The possible causes are as follows:
ϒ⁄The Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) version information is not the same as that described in the release notes delivered with the product.
ϒ⁄The network is abnormal.
ϒ⁄The terminal is faulty.
ϒ⁄Network address translation (NAT) is enabled on the network.
1.Run the show version command to check whether the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) version information is the same as Release Notes delivered with the product.
ϒ⁄If no, obtain the correct version to upgrade.
ϒ⁄If yes, go to the next step.
2.Troubleshoot the fault by referring to Only One Party Can Hear the Peer Voice.
