This topic describes the call process, which helps locate and rectify faults.

ϒ⁄CCM
The CCM analyzes numbers that are dialed by users, initiates calls to users or trunks, and controls the entire call connection process.

ϒ⁄SAM involves USAM and TSAM.
§USAM
The USAM, an abstract module for user services, implements the call connection for intra-office users and carries services.
§TSAM
The TSAM, an abstract module for trunk services, processes trunks.
