The X1910 unified gateway is equipped with a built-in web attendant console, which is logged in by the self-service system.
The attendant console is a feature selection service that can only be obtained after obtaining a license. This license is used to control the number of users on the attendant console client and needs to be applied for together with the license network of the X1900 series unified gateway.
The operator uses the operator account to log in to the guest desk client and use the attendant desk seat function.
When a user calls the access code of the train station group, the unified gateway allocates idle seats within the group to answer the user's call. When all seats in the group are busy and another user calls in, the call will enter the queue. When there are seats in the group who end the call, the busy and idle queues will connect the calls in the queue in sequence.
Multiple attendant groups and operator numbers can be configured on a unified gateway. A attendant group corresponds to a group number, one to multiple access codes, and can include one to multiple operators.
After the operator logs in to the attendant client, they automatically check in to the attendant group; If you log out, the attendant group will be automatically checked out. After signing in to the attendant group, the operator can use various business functions of the attendant group.
If the operator is busy and wishes to answer a new call at this time, they can set their seat busy and handle other affairs first. After the processing is completed, set it idle and resume processing business.
