Recording a Two-Party Call (Automatic Recording)

Have user 81000 call user 81002.

User 81000 talks with user 81002. The system plays an announcement indicating that the call will be recorded.

Recording a Two-Party Call (On-Demand Recording)

1.Have user 81001 call user 81002.

User 81001 talks with user 81002.

2.Have user 81001 press the recording button on the phone to start recording.

The system plays an announcement indicating that the call will be recorded.

3.Have user 81001 press the recording button again to stop recording.

The system plays an announcement indicating that the recording ends.

Recording a Meeting (Automatic Recording)

Have user 81000 enable the recording function during meeting scheduling.

When a user joins the meeting after the meeting starts, the system plays an announcement indicating that the user's conversation will be automatically recorded.

If all participants quit the meeting in advance, both the meeting and automatic meeting recording automatically end after 15 minutes.

Recording a Meeting (On-Demand Recording)

1.Have user 81000 disable the recording function during meeting scheduling.

The meeting is held properly.

2.Have meeting moderator 81000 press the recording button on the phone to start recording.

The system plays an announcement indicating that the meeting will be recorded.

3.Have meeting moderator 81000 press the recording button on the phone again to stop recording.

The system plays an announcement indicating that the recording ends.
