Unified Gateway X1911, X1960, and X1981 allow users to record, store, and retrieve voice messages, and customize greetings and prompt tones.
ϒ⁄The X1911, X1960, and X1981 unified gateways provide built-in Voice Mailbox Services (VMS) to implement recording, storage, and retrieval of voice messages for voice users. When users have unread messages, the system notifies the users of the unread message for them to read the messages in time.
ϒ⁄This feature allows voice mailbox users to record customized greetings for their own voice mailboxes.
ϒ⁄Customized Announcement Syntax Package
ϒ⁄If the system announcements in a language other than Chinese (mandarin) are required, the syntax package needs to be adapted to ensure correct announcements in the VMS service.
