A voice meeting enables participants to communicate with each other via voice. Users can create scheduled and instant voice meetings.
ϒ⁄With this feature, a meeting convener can schedule a meeting on the web self-service portal for the X1900 series unified gateway. When the meeting time arrives, the convener can add participants to the meeting using multiple methods.
ϒ⁄The instant meeting feature allows users to directly hold meetings on IP phones or web pages of the X1900 series unified gateway.
