When configuring the custom switchboard script, users receive a message "Failed to operate the database." |
The system supports a maximum of 245 custom scripts. However, the figure cannot reach 245 when custom scripts are complex and configured on web pages. The total capacity of added scripts reaches the database upper limit. Therefore, users cannot add custom scripts any longer. |
ϒ⁄Review and delete unnecessary custom scripts. ϒ⁄Delete scripts added on web pages. Manually add scripts. Manually added scripts occupy smaller space than scripts added on web pages. For details about manually adding scripts, see "Reference > FAQ > Gateway Service FAQs > How Do I Manually Edit the VU Script" in the UC Product Documentation. |
