Solution

When you configure devices ID 60001 for a shared line of the manager, the message "Manager Device ID 60001 configuration failure. The secretary device ID is used by another number." is displayed.

Device ID 60001 has been bound to a SIP user.

ϒ⁄Choose User > SIP User and delete the SIP user bound to device ID 60001. Choose User > Device ID and create device ID 60001 again.

ϒ⁄Alternatively, choose User > Device ID and create a device ID.

Configure service rights for the shared line number of the manager, mute call is on, the manager's phone still blinks and rings.

V200R003C50SPC600 version and later versions, the default distinctive ringing tone function is disabled.

ϒ⁄Choose User>SIP User to enter the SIP user page, set Distinctive ringing tone to Yes.

ϒ⁄Or run config modify sipue command to enable the distinctive ringing tone function.
