By default, users have the service permission. To configure the service permission, perform the following steps.
Configuring by Web
X1900 V200R003C00SPC300 or higher version support to configure the abbreviated dialing in the web management system.
1.Use an administrator account to log in to the web management system of a X1900 series unified gateway.
2.On the User > SIP User or User > POTS User page, select the user number to be assigned the service permission and click Service Configuration.
3.Under Simple service, select the service to activate and click OK.
4.In the upper right corner of the web page, click 
to save the configuration.
Configuring by CLI
1.Log in to a X1900 series unified gateway using the CLI and access the Config mode.
2.Run the following command to activate abbreviated dialing service for an attendant.
config modify subscriber dn dn operatenewservice Add newservicerights abbreviativedial

3.Run the save command to save the configuration.
