This topic describes how to troubleshoot a fault that occurs when the ONLY number can be bound.
Numbers cannot be bound by using the ONLY service.
The possible causes are as follows:
ϒ⁄The ONLY service is disabled for the user.
ϒ⁄The number to be bound (intra-office user) has the ONLY service.
ϒ⁄The number to be bound does not exist.
ϒ⁄The ONLY service is enabled for the number to be bound to another ONLY number.
