This topic describes how to troubleshoot transfer service faults.
Common call transfer service faults are as follows:
ϒ⁄Integrated access device (IAD) users fail to press the hookflash key.
ϒ⁄Two-stage dialing fails after users press the hookflash key.
If B fails to transfer an ongoing call with A to C by pressing the hookflash key, the possible causes are as follows:
ϒ⁄The network is abnormal.
ϒ⁄B does not have the right to call C.
ϒ⁄The terminal is faulty.
ϒ⁄The IAD does not support the hookflash function.
ϒ⁄The voice codecs for the calling and called parties are different.
