This topic describes various types of users connected to the unified gateway, which helps the administrator perform daily operations.
There are three types of users connected to the unified gateway: common users directly connected to the unified gateway (not supported by U1980), common user connected to the IAD, and IP phone users, as shown in Figure 1.
