The signal tone and impedance settings preset for the unified gateway may fail to meet site requirements and cause exceptions to calls routed through AT0 trunks. When this occurs, you need to customize AT0 interface parameters based on the local standards. Only X1911, X1960, and X1981 support this function.
ϒ⁄Overview
ϒ⁄This topic describes how to customize AT0 parameters when configuring AT0 trunks for offices outside China.
ϒ⁄To ensure the quality of AT0 trunk calls and reduce interference among cables, ensure that the device is properly grounded and adopt a proper cabling method.
ϒ⁄Obtaining AT0 Interface Parameters
ϒ⁄You can learn about standard AT0 interface parameter settings for some countries or regions from the table that is provided, or obtain suggested values for common parameters in automatic detection mode.
ϒ⁄Customizing Typical Parameters (Using the Web Management System)
ϒ⁄This topic describes how to check and customize signal tone, CLIP, and impedance parameters based on the local standards using the web management system.
ϒ⁄This topic describes the possible causes of common AT0 trunk faults and how to rectify these faults.
