Activating the Service

The following assumes that both manager A and secretary B have the service permission and the number of secretary B is TN.

Manager A dials *77*TN#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.

Secretary B dials *78#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.

Deactivating the Service

Manager A dials #77#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is deactivated successfully.

Secretary B dials #78#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is deactivated successfully.

Using the Service

1.User C calls manager A. Secretary B's phone rings.

2.Secretary B picks up the phone and talks with user C. Secretary B decides whether to transfer the call to manager A.

3.As secretary B is busy, user D calls user A.

User D hears the ringback tone.

4.Secretary B hangs up. Secretary B's phone rings. Secretary B picks up the phone and talks with user D.

If secretary B does not hang up within 1 minute after user D hears the ringback tone, user D hears the busy tone.
