The following assumes that manager A's number is DN, secretary B's number is TN, and both of them have related service permission.
Manager A dials *77*TN#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.
Secretary B dials *77*DN*SSSSSS#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.
SSSSSS indicates the service password of manager A.
The service can be deactivated in either of the following ways:
ϒ⁄Manager A dials #77#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is deactivated successfully.
ϒ⁄Secretary B dials #77*DN#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is deactivated successfully.
1.User C calls manager A. Secretary B's phone rings.
2.Secretary B picks up the phone and talks with user C.
3.Secretary B presses the Transfer button, enters manager A's number, and presses the Call button.
User C hears the waiting music.
4.Manager A picks up the phone and talks with secretary B.
5.If manager A agrees to answer the call from user C, secretary B presses the Done button.
Manager A talks with user C.
1.User C calls manager A. Secretary B's phone rings.
2.Secretary B picks up the phone and talks with user C.
3.Secretary B presses the hookflash button and enters manager A's number.
User C hears the waiting music.
If secretary B presses the hookflash button during the connection with manager A, the connection with manager A is released and the conversation with customer C resumes.
4.Manager A picks up the phone and talks with secretary B.
5.If manager A agrees to answer the call from user C, secretary B hangs up. Manager A talks with user C.
If manager A does not want to answer the call from user C, manager A hangs up. Secretary B does not perform any operation in 5s after hearing the busy tone. The system resumes the conversation of secretary B with user C automatically.
1.User C calls manager A. Secretary B's terminal rings.
2.Secretary B clicks the answer button and talks with user C.
3.In the call window, secretary B clicks and chooses Transfer > Others.
4.Secretary B selects manager A and clicks Transfer.
5.Manager A picks up the phone and talks with secretary B.
6.If manager A agrees to answer the call from user C, secretary B clicks Done. Manager A talks with user C.
