Activating or Deactivating the Service

ϒ⁄Register the service through phones.

A user dials *55*HHMM#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is activated successfully.

ϒ⁄HH: indicates hour with two numerals, whose value ranges from 00 to 23.

ϒ⁄MM: indicates minute with two numerals, whose value ranges from 00 to 59.

A user dials #55#. An announcement is played, indicating that the service is deactivated successfully.

ϒ⁄Register the service in the web self-service system.

1.Use a common user account to log in to the web self-service system of the X1900 series unified gateway SoftCo.

2.On the Self-Service tab page, click Service.

3.Click Clock.

4.On the Clock tab page, set the time and click Yes, as shown in the following figure.

To cancel the clock service, click Disable Service.

Using the Service

The following assumes that a user has activated the alarm clock service. When the specified time arrives, the user's terminal automatically rings.

ϒ⁄If the user answers the call, the user hears the notification tone. When the user hangs up, the alarm clock service is automatically deactivated.

ϒ⁄If the user is busy or does not answer the call within 1 minute, the system calls the user again 5 minutes later. If the user is still busy or does not answer the call, the alarm clock service is automatically deactivated.
