2. Adjust the queue: Double click on a call and it will be ranked first;
3. Full Busy, Full Offline (Set Busy) Line with no seat check-in/departure strategy: Release, transfer to night service, transfer to switchboard, wait, wait first, and then transfer to switchboard after timeout.
