This topic describes how to troubleshoot a call interrupts that occurs on the SIP trunk.
During the intra-office user call the peer device user, the call is interrupted suddenly.
The possible causes are as follows:
ϒ⁄Multiple SIP terminals are registered with the same account.
ϒ⁄A heartbeat connection has not been established.
ϒ⁄The peer device is abnormal.
