If the user account and IP address used for logging in to the web self-service system or web management system are locked, the administrator can manually unlock them.
The user account and the IP address used in the last login will be locked for 5 minutes after three consecutive failed login attempts to the web self-service system or web management system. When locked, the user account cannot be used to log in to the web self-service system or web management system, and the IP address cannot be used for web login even if an unlocked account is used. The administrator can also log in to the corresponding device and manually unlock the user account and IP address. If you want to customize the lock mechanism, see Login Management for detailed operations.
