After arriving at the site, you need to organize relevant owners of the customer to a kickoff meeting to determine relevant issues and customer support during the deployment.
You need to accomplish the following tasks:
ϒ⁄Determine the engineering contact of the customer and working staff of the customer.
ϒ⁄Collect the data to be used in data configuration such as subscriber number segment, dialing rules, planned IP addresses, and trunk types.
ϒ⁄Determine the trunk commissioning schemes, deployment tools to be provided by the customer, and installation locations of the equipment.
ϒ⁄Determine the engineering implementation plan.
After all the preceding contents are determined, both parties sign the kickoff agreement.
