Analog Gateway FAQ

1.What is the initial IP and login password of the device?

The factory default network mode of the device is bridge mode, the default IP address of LAN1 port and LAN2 port is 192.168.6.65, and the web login account is admin and the password is also admin.

Users can configure their computer’s IP address to 192.168.6.x network segment and then directly connect to any of the device’s network ports to log in to the device.

2.How to use the analog phone to query the IP of the network port?

Users can use the phone to dial *02 to query the device LAN1 port IP address; dial *03 to query the device LAN2 port ip address; if the device network is configured with the bridge mode, the LAN1 port and LAN2 port IP address are the same.

3.How do I check the analog port number using analog phone?

Dial *98 on your phone to find out the corresponding port number.

4.How do I restore the factory settings of my device?

If you can enter the web, you can click Restore Factory in Maintenance->Factory Settings; if you can’t enter the web, you can long press the rst button on the device for more than 7s, release it when the running light is flashing slowly, and wait a few minutes and enter 192.168.6.65 into the web via the browser.

5.Can’t get into the web with the network switched to route mode?

If you switch the network mode of the device to route mode and cannot enter the web, it may be because of the firewall. Connect the cable to the LAN2 port, get the IP address through the analog phone, add the corresponding network segment to the computer, enter the IP address in the browser, enter the network settings->firewall in the web, select the enable rule of Allow-Http and Allow-Ping to be enable, and then you can log in to the web of the device through the LAN1 port or the LAN2 port. interface of the device through LAN1 or LAN2 port after saving.

6.Does the Analogue Gateway device support the Disconnect Escape function?

Support.

There is a Disconnect Escape option in Advanced Configuration -> VOIP Settings, select Yes to enable it.

7.How does the analog gateway adjust the volume?

Modify the Tx gain or RX gain in Profiles->Profile 1->Analog Settings in the gateway interface.

8.How to check the version model and software version of the analog gateway?

You can check the version and software version of the device in the web interface under Status->System Information.
