General Conventions

Introduces the common conventions in documentation.

Common Format Conventions

Format

Description

Arial

The main text is in Arial font, and the font is in size 11.

Bold

First-level headings are in bold, and the first-level font is 21. The second and third level headings are in Arial, and the second level font is 15, and the third level font is 13.

"Terminal Display" Format

The "Terminal Display" format represents screen output information. In addition, the information entered by the user from the terminal that is included in the screen output is shown in bold font.

Mouse Operation Convention

Format

Meaning

Click

A button to quickly press and release the mouse.

Double-click

Quickly press and release one button of the mouse twice in a row.

Drag

Press and hold one of the mouse buttons to move the mouse.
