During unified gateway running, a fault occurs and the network is disconnected, causing long-period voice service interruption.
ϒ⁄The network is disconnected.
ϒ⁄A unified gateway blade is faulty.
ϒ⁄The entire unified gateway is faulty.
The operation procedure is as follows:
1.Verify that the network connection is normal.
Choose Start > Run, enter cmd in the Open combo box, and then run the ping IP address of the host where unified gateway is installed command on the command-line interface.
If the host does not respond, the network connection is faulty. Verify that the network cables are connected.
2.Run the reset board command in Config mode to restart the blade and check whether unified gateway can run properly.
If unified gateway is still faulty, replace the blade with a spare blade to rectify faults.
3.Run the reboot command in Config mode to restart unified gateway and check whether it can run properly.
If unified gateway is still faulty, replace unified gateway with a spare unified gateway to rectify faults.
