Checking Equipment Operating Status

This topic describes how to check equipment operating status to improve the routine maintenance efficiency.

Prerequisites

ϒ⁄The MainAst and inspection package of the proper version have been obtained.

ϒ⁄The MainAst and its components have been installed.

ϒ⁄The device to be checked has been configured. And the inspection package has been imported.

For details about how to install the MainAst and its components, to configure the device to be checked, and to import the inspection package, see the MainAst Operation Guide.

Remarks

All items pass the check.

Procedure

1.Choose Toollist > iCheck in the MainAst.

2.Choose Check > Customize Device Check Item and select items based on site requirements.

3.Choose Check > Start Check from iCheck.

You can also right-click a device and choose Start Check from the shortcut menu.

4.View the check result.

To view the standards for the check items, proceed as follows:

a.Right-click an inspection package in the main interface.

b.Choose View Standard from the shortcut menu.

The system exports an Excel document, providing standards, check methods, and troubleshooting suggestions for all items in the inspection package.

Troubleshooting

When an item fails the check, proceed as follows:

1.Right-click the inspection package and choose View Standard from the shortcut menu.

The system opens an Excel document. Find the suggestion matching the failed check item in the Excel file to rectify the fault according to the Suggestion.

2.Choose Check > Start Check from iCheck again.

Check whether the item passes the check.

3.If the repaired items do not pass the checking, right-click the inspection package and click Create Report.

4.Select the report types Generate Summary Report (*.xls) and Generate HTML Report (*.html).

5.Send the reports to the service provider.
