The Unicall service is a personal communication service that enables multiple terminals of a user, including intra-office terminals and outer-office terminals to share the same number. You can apply for Unicall service for any number, the number with Unicall service is Unicall number. Let's suppose that number A is a Unicall number, if you bind number A with number B and number C, the additory services of number A will be copied to number B and number C, that's to say, number B and number C will have all the additory services of number A.

one-terminal-one-number fax mailbox service

A service in which when another user dials the fax extension of a registered user on a fax machine, the call is forwarded to the UMS, and then the caller sends faxes according to prompts.

one-way audio

A call fault that either the caller or callee cannot hear the voice after a call is connected.

original CDR

An unprocessed accounting request (ACR) generated initially by the system and saved in the memory of the host. Generally, the host automatically sends original CDRs to the charging NEs in real time through the internal Ethernet after the original CDRs are generated.

outgoing prefix

Used to add digits to the front of any number that is sent out to the IP.

outgoing trunk group

A outgoing trunk group used to send voices or signaling to the peer device.
