This alarm is generated when the OSU fails. The possible causes are as follows:
ϒ⁄The OSU was reset by using the reset board slot, reset card slot, or debug upgrade slot command.
ϒ⁄The OSU was removed.
ϒ⁄The OSU restarted abnormally.

Services for POTS users are interrupted.
None.
1.Check whether the OSU is installed.
a.If so, go to Step 2.
b.If not, install the OSU and wait until it starts. Go to Step 4.
2.Replace the OSU and wait until the OSU restarts. Run the show board command to check the status of the OSU.
a.If the board status is OK, go to Step 4.
b.If the board status is FAULT, go to Step 3.
3.Install the OSU into another slot and run the config add board command. After the ASI board starts, checks the board status.
a.If the board status is OK, go to Step 4.
b.If the board status is FAULT, go to Step 5.
4.Check whether the alarm is cleared.
a.If so, go to Step 6.
b.If not, go to Step 5.
5.Contact OpenVox technical support engineers for help or visit http://iCare.OpenVox.com to submit a fault report.
6.End.
When the fault is eliminated, the system will auto-clear the alarm. Manual clearing is not required.
